At Rorem Retrievers we offer a variety of services customized to meet your training and handling needs.
We have many acres of available training grounds with exceptional water designed for accomplishing and maintaining the highest standards for your retriever .
We are located in Littlefork, Minnesota from May until November where we have ideal weather for training. Winter training takes place on our grounds and surrounding ranches in Fayetteville, Texas. A History of Champions
Dave and Paulette Rorem along with their daughter, Ty operate Rorem Retrievers based in Minnesota and Texas since 1977. They train field trial dogs and have successfully produced over 80 Field Champions, 1 National Open Champion, 4 Canadian National Open Champions, 3 Canadian National Amateur Champions and over 60 National Finalists. >>Learn more from Dave Rorem THE RETRIEVER COACH 2022 article in Ducks Unlimited MEET DAVE ROREM Dave has been training retrievers for almost 50 years, since he was a small boy in West Central Minnesota. He started training gun dogs and then in 1975 saw his first field trial and was immediately hooked on the Retriever Field Trial sport. Dave spent time training and learning from different pro and amateur trainers throughout his early years and spent the better part of 12 years learning from and training with Rex Carr.
